The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was just alright, but we had a comfortable stay and I'd definitely come back.

The front desk staff were really welcoming and kind. Our room was cozy, clean, and reasonably priced, and it was nice to have complimentary breakfast. We also enjoyed unwinding in the outdoor pool and hot tub after a long day. We'll definitely be back! 🤝🏽

The room was at the back of the hotel, but we could hear the freeway on-ramp all night, with commotion, revving engines, and loud sirens. The tiny disk of hand soap somehow lasted the weekend, though the kids said it left their hands dry and smelling bad. The fridge and TV both worked well, and the beds were a decent size, but the cleanliness was really poor. At first it just looked run-down, then the more I noticed, the less comfortable I felt. The bathroom floor, walls, shower, and door frames were filthy. Towels were stained and very thin. The toilet barely flushed and would start running randomly during the night. I didn't inspect the linens closely because I might not have been able to sleep. The vanity mirror was spotted, and the blow dryer looked like it hadn't been wiped since it was installed. The bed itself was hard and uncomfortable. I can't see myself staying here again.

The staff were really nice, and the rooms looked great too. I'd definitely recommend it! Also, sorry about the misunderstanding and the circumstances ;)
