Coronada Inn and Suites

The non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke, and the furniture had sweat-like stains. The refrigerator door looked ready to come off. We went right to the desk to ask for a refund and are still waiting to hear from the manager. We left and had to find another hotel. This place was awful.

At $130 a night, what we got was ridiculous. The room smelled of mold and mildew, the stove knobs were dirty, and the fridge shelf wires were rusty. The AC only cooled the bedroom, leaving the front room hot day and night. We tried to find another hotel, but tournaments were happening all over and there were no rooms available. We felt stuck. I've stayed in some rough hotels, and this was one of the worst. Do not stay here.

The Jacuzzi was great, and having a kitchen was a real plus. Breakfast was pretty minimal. The room phone didn't work and the TV remote was the wrong one, but staff brought us a working remote. There were things missing, like a hair dryer.

We didn't even last 15 minutes before leaving. The carpets were awful, the AC was broken, the fridge and freezer were gross, and the bathroom was questionable. The phone looked like someone had blown smoke from 13 packs of cigarettes onto it. They wouldn't refund us because they offered another room. No thanks, this place is trash.
