The lobby and gym are comfortable and updated, and the staff were fantastic, as you'd expect at Hilton. The location is convenient too, with Rib and Chophouse across from the parking lot. But the hotel and rooms are extremely outdated and run down. The beds were uncomfortable, and the AC sounded like a jet taking off whenever it switched on. I turned it off at 2 a.m. trying to sleep, but it kept cycling on and off randomly. I'm a Hilton Honors guest and usually choose Hilton over other hotels, but next time we're in St George we'll stay at the cheaper, much more comfortable Ramada.

Everyone had their own key, which was handy, and breakfast service was very nice. The room was cozy, though a little smaller than I expected, and we couldn't get one of the lamps to work. The TV had good shows. Thanks for making the Viewmont High trip so memorable.

The room was clean and nice, just what we needed, and the restaurant was convenient and good. We thought the food was very good for hotel food, and the staff were friendly.

The hotel feels old and could use some touch-ups. During my visit, the elevator's emergency phone was broken, the business center was closed for renovations, and several doors were out of order. I could also hear the air conditioners in nearby rooms.

The hotel was spotless and felt very safe, with restaurants and ice cream just a short walk away. Breakfast was amazing, with good quality and plenty of variety, and the staff made check-in smooth and pleasant. The big, well-maintained pool caught my eye first and was just right for cooling off after a long motorcycle ride through the desert. My room was very warm when I arrived, but it had cooled down nicely by the time I returned from dinner. The AC was a little loud, though it did the job. A convenient place to stop while passing through, with comfort and a solid night's rest.
