There was hair on the bathroom floor.

The service was good, and the hotel feels new, with a modern design. The rate was good too. Internet kept cutting out, though, and the pool is small. The fitness center was good.

A beautiful new hotel with excellent service and a reasonable price. The internet was unstable.

The front desk staff were helpful, and the facility is new. That was the good part. Dishes in the cupboards were dirty, like they had been put away without being washed. I left a written request for coffee and soap, even added a $5 tip, but the cleaning staff ignored it, so I had to ask the desk for basics. There was no dish soap or anything to clean the counters with, no cutting board, and the cheap knives broke when I tried to cut food. The bed was too firm and the pillows were awful. I wouldn't stay again.
