The front desk was great, and the location and price were good. The dishes provided worked well, and there were nice hangers for coats and good drawers. This seems better suited to a construction crew than a family, though. The shower suddenly swung from burning hot to cold. The sink was hard to use because the water ran too close to the back wall. The window screen was broken, the beds were really bouncy, and the fridge froze anything pushed to the back. There weren't enough towels, and they were too small. I also wished there were a second chair at the small table. The toilet handle had to be held down for a full flush. People smoking on the balcony outside our window made us shut it several times.

The manager was such a sweet lady. Whenever we needed anything, she took care of it and did what she could to make us happy. She was the nicest hotel employee we've dealt with. We stayed for a little while and absolutely loved it. The rooms were clean, and the beds really comfortable. It was great having a full-size fridge and a mini kitchen with a stove, microwave, pots and pans, and a few dishes and pieces of silverware. The AC worked amazingly well in St. George's hot weather. For the price, the location, rooms, staff, and stay were hard to beat. I'd absolutely recommend it for an extended stay.

The AC kept the room ice cold all night, and it had a kitchenette and large fridge. My request was simply for a room that didn't smell of smoke, something I ask for at every hotel. At check-in, the staff told me they'd gone in person to check the room for any strange odors. In the morning they thanked me for staying and asked what I thought of the facility. They were by far the friendliest hotel staff I've dealt with, and I'd absolutely recommend staying here. I'd suggest arriving before the lobby closes. There was some strange activity in the parking lot when I arrived at 1 a.m., though that wasn't the facility's fault. It's just something that can happen when you show up that late.

The quiet nights and friendly staff are why I keep coming back. Housekeeping, the desk attendant, and the manager have all been pleasant, and the manager always gets me the same room when I ask. I've stayed here several times without experiencing much commotion or drama. The room is average in size, with a small kitchenette stocked with basic cookware, dishes, silverware, a toaster, coffee packets and maker, microwave, iron, two-burner electric cooktop, and medium refrigerator. My room also has a flat-screen TV with lots of channels, a desk and lamp, and a chair. The AC works well. The washer and dryer by the front office work fine, and the ice and vending machines are in that room too. It's better than most motels I've stayed at under the same name. The decor could use updates, though it seems they're making progress.
