Tru By Hilton St George, UT

We only stayed one night on the way to and from California to visit my in-laws, but we’d happily stay longer. The lobby has plenty of room to hang out and family games, and breakfast was great, with lots of seating. I just wish there had been a high chair for the baby. Our three little kids are 6 months, 2 years, and 4 years old, and the kind, welcoming front desk staff made us feel at home. The hotel is clean and modern, and even with my autism and sensitivity to smells, I had no trouble staying here. The 24/7 market had Advil, which was much appreciated after a long drive with three tiny kids. I’d absolutely recommend it, and we’ll be back.

Even a smaller room was fine, and the bed was comfortable. I liked the bright colors and the floors without carpet, and the shower was great. The yogurt and fruit at breakfast were really tasty, and the price was good too. If other hotel companies replaced their older hotels with places like this, they’d be way ahead.

Our Airbnb fell through at the last minute, and the team at Tru in St George rearranged things so our family could get rooms next to each other. They went above and beyond to make the stay special. Our three boys had fun in the game area and with the pancake machines at breakfast. A very kind gentleman also walked around greeting everyone and asking how their stay was going. We love staying at Tru hotels around the country, and I’d recommend this one for families.

They were really accommodating about my dietary needs at breakfast, offering gluten-free toast and almond milk. The people here were so sweet and made my friend and me feel welcome. When weather meant we had to extend our stay, they made it easy and even let us check in early. Y’all are seriously the best, and I’d recommend this place to anyone!
