Wingate by Wyndham St. George

Cole at the front desk was kind and very helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, with a microwave, mini fridge, and plenty of nightstand outlets for charging. Free WiFi was easy to use, and the lobby mini mart came in handy for late-night cravings. We also had breakfast: eggs, sausage, breads, and tea, the usual decent continental selection. It was too cold for us to use the pool, though the outdoor pool and hot tub area looked nice. The location was close to several restaurants. Thanks for a great stay!

We just needed somewhere comfortable while visiting family, so an elite, expensive hotel didn’t make sense. This place came close to that level and clearly tries hard. We got an excellent rate and avoided staying at the other dives over on Bluff Street. It’s down near Bloomington, off the beaten path, which I see as a huge plus in St. George these days. Probably the best three-star hotel in town, actually, it is. Cole and his afternoon team were superb at check-in, and even called our room to make sure we were all set. The amenities are top level: gym, pool, ice, and a decent free breakfast. People who complain about a free breakfast can’t really be satisfied. The WiFi was lightning fast, the beds comfortable, the rooms clean, and there was plenty of hot water. Shower pressure wasn’t elite, though. We’ll look to stay here again next time.

The room was roomy, clean, quiet, and comfortable, though it ran a little warm. The location worked perfectly for us, just one exit from the convention center where we had an event. I believe Cole checked us in. He was juggling a lot but made sure we knew he’d noticed us and apologized for the wait. We’d definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and in nice condition, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent too. I really appreciated how helpful the gentleman at the front desk was, and the effort he made in several ways.
