Kasey, the only girl working, gave great service. The hotel itself was kind of dingy. We weren't told that amenities were unavailable, even though they were one of the main reasons we booked. At check-in we found out the hot tub had been down for months. They said we could still swim in the pool, but it was like taking an ice bath.

The staff were wonderful and very helpful, doing great with what corporate has given them. The hotel is very dog friendly. The rooms are spacious and laid out well, but they need quite a bit of care. A panel had fallen off the wall and was sitting under the nightstand, the carpet is extremely old and probably hasn't been cleaned in ages, and the shower seat was slimy. The bed lifted when I sat on it. THIS IS NOT A PLACE TO PARK TRAILERS! I repeat, NOT FOR VEHICLES WITH TRAILERS.

The room was clean and smelled good. The hotel is close to the I-29 exit, which was convenient. Mason at the front desk was professional, very nice, and helpful with suggestions for places to eat nearby.

The rooms are musty with mildew, and I found a cockroach in the bathroom. That's the same reason I stopped staying at another hotel in this area. This place is nowhere near what a Hampton should be. If someone from Hilton actually checked it, I think they'd find brand violations.

After a long drive from out of state and a really unpleasant stay at a nearby hotel, Hampton Inn saved the day by having a room for us. The woman at the counter was kind and welcoming. The room was fine, the pool was open, and breakfast hit the spot. No complaints.
