Leeann is a big part of why we keep coming back to the Caprice Resort. She’s warm, helpful, and always seems ready to make our stay better. The Gulf views and laid-back feel make it a special place, and it’s started to feel like a second home. We love the comfort and charm here, and we’re already looking forward to another visit with Leeann and the Caprice team.

It’s a simple beachside rental rather than a luxury stay, but the location is hard to beat. There’s easy beach access, great views from our unit, and plenty of private parking. The building’s common areas were clean, and you can walk to lots of restaurants and bars. The beach gets lively near the public access, with volleyball nets, rentals, and a DJ. There are some rocky spots, though there’s also plenty of open sand.

We were there over Christmas 2024 and checked out on the 30th. The beach had plenty going on and the weather was great. Our room was nicely furnished, with a great view, and anything we might need was close by. Leann made sure things were taken care of. She’s a real asset to the Caprice!

We had a wonderful week in 404, from September 7th through the 14th. Leanne made the whole reservation easy, and even called after we landed to say the room was ready whenever we wanted to drive over. She’s a pleasure to deal with. A few things in the unit could use attention: the couch, loveseat, and master bedroom mattress are all very hard and uncomfortable, and the door wall slider track needs WD-40. Thanks again, Leanne, for the week.
