The Lofts at St. Pete Beach

This was our second visit to the Lofts at St. Pete Beach, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. The rooms were great and the property was very well kept. During a cold snap, Matthew kindly turned up the pool heater so we could swim despite the cool weather. We also had a fun night using the property’s gas grill, and Matthew made sure there was a fresh propane tank. There was a boil water order for the area during our stay, and we returned to find bottled water waiting for us. Matthew was an amazing, attentive host.

The pool was clean and heated, and there were plenty of shared beach supplies, including wagons, umbrellas, and towels. The owner, Matt, was friendly and made sure a pack-n-play was available for our son, which was really thoughtful. We had a great stay in a clean, comfortable room with a full kitchen, though it had no oven. Our unit also had a washer and dryer, and each room had quiet, working climate control. It’s a short walk to the beach, bars, and restaurants, yet quiet at night. Matt was very accommodating. Highly recommend.

We’ve been visiting St.Pete for 30 years and have stayed in all kinds of places, but this is easily our favorite. Matthew, the owner, was the best and made sure we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the pool was heated and super clean, and the grill by the pool was great. We could walk to the beach, and it was very close to Corey avenue. This place is a hidden gem. Stay here and enjoy! And Matthew is a Buckeye! Go Bucks!!

The pool view and little spots to sit and unwind made the suite feel so relaxing. Everything was really clean, the beds were comfy, and the showers had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, with beautiful tile too. Matt and Marcella were so kind and accommodating. We had an amazing stay and will be back!
