Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of fresh options laid out neatly. The woman serving it checked in to see if we needed anything specific, which felt especially welcoming. The rest of the staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help. Comfort Inn & Suites Northeast – Gateway was clean and well maintained, with spacious rooms, cozy beds, and everything we needed. The location was great and the stay was excellent value for the price. I’d happily return and recommend it.

I stayed here on Christmas night because my roommates were having a big party until 3am, and I needed to sleep by 11pm. I work and need more than four hours of rest. The hotel was clean, quiet, and great for what I needed. One suggestion: curtains that block the sun completely would help anyone who wants to sleep later. It wasn’t an issue for me since I had to get up early anyway.

The front desk manager came out to help me after I fell in the parking lot, and stayed with me until my wife came down. The other staff were friendly and helpful too. Breakfast is free, nothing special, but adequate. The bed was comfortable, though it could use an upgrade soon. I’ll stay here again.

I’ve never stayed at a hotel or suite where everyone was smiling. The rooms were really nice and clean, and the staff were amazing. The housekeepers in particular were so helpful. It was a great experience.
