Hollander Boutique Hotel

The Greek salad was delicious, the bakery is amazing, and the staff have been wonderful with our kids. We’re only on day one of five at the Holland Hotel, but we’re already loving it. They even had a pool party with a DJ and a trivia night, a fun surprise since we hadn’t looked for that when booking. The location is good, about 24 minutes from the pier, and parking was easy and convenient. We paid $648 for the stay and feel we’re getting incredible value. So far, everything has exceeded our expectations, and we’re looking forward to the rest of vacation!

At the Hollander Hotel in St. Pete, Taylor behind the bar is a big reason I’ll be back. They’re one of the best bartenders I’ve met, and from the moment you sit down, they make you feel like a valued guest. Their drinks are consistently great, and their hospitality, friendly conversation, and attentiveness make it easy to want “just one more.” Taylor is passionate about the work and makes people feel welcome and appreciated. Their skill, professionalism, and personality add a lot to the Hollander Hotel experience. Five stars don’t feel like enough. If you’re staying there, stop by and see Taylor for yourself.

Our first night was uncomfortably hot because the air conditioning wasn’t working when we checked in. The room was around 85-90°F, and we later learned a circuit breaker had tripped. It took time for the room to cool down. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout, and the location is excellent. Free parking is a huge plus in this area, and the pool was a nice place to relax. The AC problem made a real difference to that first night, even though the staff, location, and amenities were great.

I came down from NC for my birthday and really enjoyed this hotel. It’s conveniently located, around a 10-minute walk to downtown, and everyone provided great service. I think the hotel manager was great, the bartenders were super nice, and even another guest helped me with my luggage. There’s a little homelessness around the building, though people keep to themselves. Parking is free but limited. The hotel has a bar and coffee shop inside, plus a beautiful pool with a bar outside. The rooms were a bit small and hard to keep cool, but I still had a great stay.
