It has a good location, decent furnished rooms, and keypads, so you don’t need keys or regular hotel cards. Cable and wifi are included, and the friendly staff and helpful manager made it easy to arrange a same-day appointment and move in right away. Long stays like this are hard to find now, so I appreciated how simple the process was. I haven’t had any pest problems myself, though I’ve seen another review mention them. If someone doesn’t clean their unit and lives in filth, who’s really to blame? For a no-credit-check place that runs as a hotel but feels like an apartment, I’d highly recommend it.

It’s family friendly if your family includes cockroaches, both the insect kind and the human kind. Management is never around and treats tenants like kids. They recently added security with a curfew and removed the courtyard patio furniture. DO NOT STAY!!

You can’t beat the price for this location. I love where it is, and the rooms are large.

Prices are very reasonable: $1200 monthly or $400 a week, and it’s right in downtown St Petersburg. It isn’t a five-star hotel, but it works well, depending on what you make of it. My brother has a room there, and it’s peaceful with enough space for two computers, three monitors, a couch, his bed, and a small kitchen area.
