The rooms are clean, the service is wonderful, and the landlord is like a neighbor. This is more than a hotel, since you can live here, and the weekly apartments and studios are worth the money. It’s also next to banks and restaurants. About the roaches: they were brought in with the trash from the person who wrote that comment. We’re all working on the problem and trying to keep tenants like that out. There weren’t roaches before he brought them in his luggage.

They charged me a $15.00 key fee, and when I asked for it back, they said they’d have to check my room first to make sure I hadn’t stolen anything. There was nothing of value or meaning there to take. I just wanted my $15.00 returned. My girlfriend was so worried about standing in the tub that she kept her shoes on in the shower. There’s no pool, though it’s one block from the beach. This place was a joke, and I wouldn’t send even my worst enemy here.

I’ve been staying here for six weeks and have been very pleased. The rooms are really clean, and the Manager is a decent person. If you’re in St.Pete looking for a Motel, don’t miss it.

The room was cozy and clean, the bed was really comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The only thing missing was the coffee maker’s pot, so I couldn’t have my morning coffee. I’ll definitely stay again.

We booked two nights, and they matched an online price, which saved us money. They also worked with us on the deposit. The kitchen area is nice and has everything you need for an extended stay. My one complaint is the weak Wi-Fi, since my PS4 wouldn’t connect. People who complain about not getting their deposit back need to be cleaner, just saying. It’s people like that who make places charge a deposit in the first place.
