SkyBeach Resort

SkyBeach Resort felt peaceful and modern by the water, with lovely decor and plenty of places to sit and take in the view. We enjoyed the beach, pools, and hot tub, and liked that the place works for all ages. The rooms were fresh, clean, updated, and comfortable. Our two-double room felt a little small for a whole week, but the beds and bedding were really comfortable. The adorable on-site coffee shop had very good coffee, a lovely way to start the day. We didn’t eat at the beautiful-looking restaurant, and it was only open a couple of nights during our stay. The beach-view bar was relaxing, though it closed early, at 9pm. A couple of things could make it better: another hot tub, and jet skis. They were listed, but only kayaks and paddle boards were available. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back.

Come for the location, music, and amenities, and you’ll have a fabulous time. Paradeco was a big bonus in the morning. I had a latte poolside and loved it. It’s especially good for families with kids old enough to wander around on their own, since the property feels contained and has plenty to keep them entertained. The amenities are great, and the location is hard to beat. Just don’t expect much from the rooms. They’re comfortable enough, but still feel like a tired hotel that’s had a spruce-up.

The place has so much potential, with a beautiful beach, two pools, a bar, and restaurant. Totally amazing-looking. We were a big group, maybe more than 10 was too much for them, because the service was absolutely not amazing. We were happy with our room, but some of my friends weren’t happy at all. If you’re only two people, go for it. For a larger group, book and reserve early!

It’s an older resort, but they keep it up really well. Small but sweet, with everything you need. The pools were nice, and having one heated was great for a February visit. The bedding was nice and the rooms were serviced well. There are several places to eat and get drinks on site, and the atmosphere is warm. A good choice for a little getaway.
