Terrace Park Suites Old Northeast by Tech Travel

We loved how clean and welcoming Terrace Park Suites was. Shopping, dining, and bars were all easy to get to, and we could even reach the beach by bus without needing a car. Why spend big money on a hotel when you can stay here in style? WE WILL BE BACK!

I was browsing a long-term hotel site when I found this place. The number listed there went unanswered, so I drove all the way over to speak with someone at the office. That was only the start of the problem. When I called the number on the hotel's sign, someone answered and apologized. They asked for a card to hold a spot, and I gave them one. They said a contract would arrive by email, but it never came, so I had to find a room somewhere else that night. A few days later, they called to ask how the room was. I explained that I wasn't staying there because I never received a room key, and they apologized. Then I checked with my card issuer and found they'd charged me $1500 without ever giving me a key or a room. When I called back to report it, they said nothing could be sorted out until the owners came back from vacation. I've tried calling several times over the following weeks, but each time I get sent to voicemail. They're dodging my calls.

The owners or landlord are first class and make sure guests are comfortable. It's a clean, cozy, comfortable spot in a great neighborhood, an easy walk from downtown and just 5 minutes from the neighborhood pool. Great value for the price.

I've enjoyed staying there and have been back twice, with a set of friends joining me once. The location is fantastic, and the landlord was easy and nice to work with and really cares. I'll definitely go again!
