Candlewood Suites St Robert by IHG

The location worked really well, close to Fort Leonard Wood, restaurants, and shopping, while still being quiet enough to relax. I felt welcomed as soon as I arrived, and the staff were thoughtful and went out of their way to make me comfortable. The room was spotless and spacious, with a full kitchenette that made cooking convenient. The bed was so comfortable I slept better than at most hotels. I also appreciated the lending locker with extra appliances and items, the well-stocked fitness room, and free laundry. The amenities make sense for travelers staying a night or a month. My stay at Candlewood Suites in St. Robert was great, and I’ll definitely return. I’d recommend it to people visiting for business, training, or leisure.

We just left after our second stay in a month, traveling to Reno Nevada and back to Michigan. We’re on the road a lot, and usually stay here for about two weeks at a time. The location is great and it’s really quiet. The rooms were remodeled not too long ago and look very nice. The workers are all friendly, and if you need something extra they get right on finding it for you. They also have security cameras covering the outside and hallways.

The outside grill and laundry were handy and made the stay more convenient. My room was clean and had some basics for making something to eat. The staff were awesome and very accommodating. I had a very good stay at Candlewood Suites off-post.

After moving to Fort Leonard Wood for PCS, we stayed at Candlewood St. Robert and Candlewood on post. The on-post place has a pool and complimentary breakfast, which this one doesn’t, but Candlewood St. Robert made up for it with better service, better rooms, working amenities, fewer rooms, and less turnover. The adjoining rooms were much more convenient for our family, since the on-post hotel couldn’t even give us adjacent rooms. Debbie, Sherrie, Roland, Chris, and especially Mrs. Janel were welcoming and accommodating to me, my wife, and our four young children.
