The rooms felt roomy and current, with two sinks and even plantation shutters. Staff were friendly, everything was spotless, and the location is right in the center. I’d stay here again.

The showers were a highlight, great pressure and plenty of hot water, and the shutters plus drapes made the room completely dark. It was clean and centrally located for what we needed, though the baby powder deodorizer was a bit much. Housekeeping started outside our room at 8:30 and was loud, with no concern for waking guests.

The staff here were excellent and our room was clean. Everything else was great, but the shower head barely let water out. Changing the setting didn’t help, it just kept drizzling with no spray or pressure. 😒

Check-in was easy, the room was clean and nicely furnished, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good too, with hot and cold choices and plenty of coffee to get the morning going.

I left in the middle of the night. The floors were filthy and the bed covers smelled like feet. Asking for the room to be cleaned felt like an insult to the staff, and housekeeping was out of the question. The place is run down, and staff were extremely rude and aggressive; most didn’t seem to know enough to help. They charged my card several times overnight, and sorting out the bill was a mess. This is the worst experience I’ve had since starting with Hilton. Don’t bother.
