The hotel has seen better days, but the staff made the stay. Ashley at the front desk and Christian in the restaurant were both outstanding, friendly and helpful. Its location is excellent, and I'd recommend it for the welcoming service.

Everyone on staff was really nice and helpful, but the rooms need a lot of updating. Things are starting to fall apart and the place felt a bit dirty. Cleaning could be better too: when I moved something on a nightstand, I noticed a dusty layer and a clean mark underneath. The TV's internet kept dropping, and its operating system was painfully slow.

The service was fine, but I barely slept. My room was right by the elevators, which were so loud and creaky that I felt nervous using them. The door lock didn't work, and other reviews mention the same problem, so it doesn't seem like they intend to fix it. The water temperature and pressure kept changing so much that I gave up on showering. This place needs a complete rework.

We just checked out after a nice stay at this business hotel. We liked being in Stamford and had a chance to explore the city. There were a few odd gaps in the amenities: just one coffee pod, no extra towels, and pillowcases stained blue. Still, we enjoyed our stay.

We come seasonally and stay here because, rough as the rooms are, it's the best crappy hotel in the area. The location is awesome, and it's right down the street from Steve Wilkos, the best person ever, and his whole crew. Delivery services all come here too. The rooms are reasonably priced, but don't upgrade, it isn't worth the extra money.
