We've lived at the BLVD for three months and have come to love the community Randy and his management team have built. Their events actually get people together, and we've met several neighbors. At other apartment complexes, we never even learned anyone's names. The team clearly cares and responds to suggestions and requests. We saw that care firsthand when we had to leave the country unexpectedly for a family member's funeral. Randy, the building manager, offered to cat-sit for us. That was a huge relief, since we could focus on grieving and arranging travel instead of scrambling to find a sitter. We're grateful for how he looked after both us and our cats during a difficult time. The way the team goes above and beyond makes this part of Stamford feel like home. We absolutely recommend the building to anyone looking for a real community, not just a roof over their head.
