We had no power or heat for two days during our stay. Management wouldn’t arrange other accommodations or offer any compensation. Absurd. Don’t stay here.

I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were very nice, and the activity rooms, pool table, and fitness center were all clean and well managed. Had a great time there.

We had a really nice stay. The room was clean, extremely nice, and stocked with what we needed. I especially loved the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. There’s also a small gift shop onsite, and I picked up a few things. The cashier was so friendly. Glad I got to visit and stay here. My sister and her husband have been members for 35 years.

We enjoyed our stay enough to add this property to our investment, and we’ll likely choose The Pointe again. We were in “the Pointe,” close to the Heavenly Stagecoach lift, and often walked down to the list to warm up. Although we were off-site from the main property, the shuttle service was generally good, ran often, and had friendly drivers. The room was nice and well laid out, with laundry facilities right in the entry area.

We’ve owned here since the groundbreaking, and we’re deeded owners. Current owners have points, and to get what we have now we’d need to upgrade and buy more points. Every other year we get our two-bedroom unit with access to the Ridge across the way. In our unit there’s a gym, dry sauna, and hot tub. At the Ridge we can use a heated pool, gym, racquetball and pickleball courts, an onsite store, and a bar and grill. For skiing, the Heavenly Stagecoach Ski Lift is right there, with easy access.
