We had a pleasant stay, and the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms, though, are old and tired, and need a face-lift. Cleanliness wasn’t up to standard either. I spotted a small roach in the bathroom. I don’t expect a five-star hotel, just a clean room.

My car was iced over and I didn’t have a scraper, and I was already running late for a meeting. Camilla at the front desk went out of her way to help clear the ice so I could get there. Her kindness saved my morning. Thank you, Camilla, you’re awesome!

Roaches were out in the open in the public areas, not tucked away or hard to spot. They seemed more welcome than the guests. My girlfriend stayed here on 12/10/25, and the hotel failed at basic hygiene as well as hospitality. At the front desk, staff were rude and dismissive, acted as if doing their jobs was a burden, and slammed the room key down. That was a pretty clear first impression. The place needs better training and standards, and probably a full extermination. Until then, I’d avoid it unless you want staff attitude and roaches for company.

Khadijah at the front desk was super nice, no complaints about her. But the room was awful. I’d booked a king suite and was shocked by its condition. The blind was ripped and coming away from the wall, and the chair arms were torn and covered in stains I couldn’t identify. It didn’t look like anything had been cleaned. There was hair on the sink and in and around the tub, and it wasn’t mine. I’m not usually one to complain, but this got me lol. I went to the local Walmart for blankets and pillows because I just wasn’t sure anything was clean. Beware.
