The room was spotless, and we all slept comfortably and peacefully. The management was first-rate, welcoming, and happy to accommodate us.

The staff are great, and there’s a nice grassy spot where you can walk your pet. The rooms are clean and don’t smell, which is why I’d normally give this place five stars, especially for pet owners. On this visit, though, we were near the ice machine and people were filling coolers and talking loudly in the hallway at midnight on Sunday. That made the night unpleasant, even if there’s only so much the hotel can do about other guests. I’ll stay again, but I don’t understand why there’s no free coffee in the lobby. The room had one paper cup and just one packet each of regular and decaf, which doesn’t work well for two people.

I appreciated how kind and helpful the staff were, but there were too many concerns with the room and stay for me to rate it higher. The mattress had clearly visible signs of past bed bugs. I don’t know when they were there, but it seemed like housekeeping should have noticed them while changing the sheets. I stayed three nights and got no housekeeping, not even trash pickup, which felt unreasonable for what I paid. There was no breakfast either, which wasn’t what I expected as a loyal Marriott customer at that price. The rooms need updating, though I’m grateful the staff were so friendly.

The bed was comfortable and the A/C kept the room pleasant through the night. There are several restaurants across the parking lot, too. Still, I wouldn’t stay here again. I was traveling home and expected more of an upscale place from the brand, and there was no free breakfast. Our bathroom sink drained very slowly, and twice, flushing the toilet splashed water over the seat.
