We're here right now, six of us: me, my two kids, my mother and father-in-law, in a room that's 92 degrees. We checked in at 2:30 pm, and they said they'd taken care of the problem. We lost the afternoon waiting. We spoke to Nina three times, then went to dinner after being told it would be cool when we got back. It was 94 degrees when we returned, and of course they're closed now. It feels like they're just passing the buck. The condo is a sauna, and we've called every 20 minutes trying to get a solution. They won't give us a manager's name or another number to call. Basically, they said we'd have to wait until tomorrow and offered no help after we'd paid to stay here. This is unfair and really sucks.

The garage spot was right outside the back door, which made bringing in luggage and groceries easy. We were with a big group of families, and ours was the only unit with that convenience. The unit was also close to the amenity center, just across the parking lot, and the kids could get there easily. Even so, it was very quiet, and our 3-year-old napped without trouble. Our Aspen Lodge unit, 4110, was beautiful and exceeded what our family of five expected. We loved the private deck with its fire pit, hot tub, and grill. The countertops were upgraded, the decor was lovely, and it had extras other condos we've stayed in don't provide, like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, Kleenex, trash bags, and laundry soap. The master bedroom's french doors opened for a morning dip, and the master bath had a sink in the tub. There was also a DVD player, WiFi, cable on all three TVs, and a couch that converts to a bed. A lovely place. Everyone at Simply Steamboat was wonderful and helpful, and I'll recommend them and this unit over the others.

There's a nice pool and hot tub at this spacious condo complex. Having someone with a place like this might be better than owning one yourself!
