The accommodations were great, and the shuttle was reliable and fantastic. The front desk experience was the weak part. We arrived Saturday afternoon during the busy check-in window, and the staff seemed to forget they were in a customer-facing role.

Our lodge was spacious and beautiful inside, and we could walk to gondola square for lots of restaurants and shops. There’s also a free bus into town. My family rented the home through VRBO for the summer, and we had a wonderful stay. The grounds were lovely, with flowers in bloom and mountain views all around. 10/10!

We especially enjoy coming in spring or summer, when everything is green, the weather is perfect, and it’s less crowded. It’s comfortable, nicely equipped, and close to the mountain. We love it here!

There was lots of room for our family, and getting to the places we wanted to visit was easy. We enjoyed our stay.

It feels welcoming and homey, and the place is beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there were several pools plus a private hot tub.
