The service made the stay especially pleasant. The two men at the desk were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our place was clean, roomy, and a good value, and despite being so close to the slopes, it stayed quiet. Restaurants are nearby. I'd probably skip Gravity Haus/White Rabbit, but Wild Plum and Apres are just a short walk away, and Apres has a delicious burger. Getting to the slopes is a very quick walk, and I'd happily stay here again.

We were very happy with our stay and would absolutely come back. The room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, the heat worked well, and there was a full kitchen and an underground parking spot. The fireplace didn't work, and the shower had a strange smell. The location was amazing, though it's a short walk rather than truly ski in/ski out, and the walk wasn't too bad.

The front desk staff were all pleasant and accommodating, and parking was included, either covered or uncovered. There are elevators for anyone who needs them, plus a full-service bar and restaurant. Our beautiful condo had two bathrooms, lovely views, and everything for cooking full meals, including a crock pot. It's at the base and within walking distance of the gondola and ski shop, with a courtesy van to take you downtown or to the grocery store. I loved the winter vacation and can't wait to do it all again next ski season. I'll be back and am already begging friends to come. Thanks for such an enjoyable vacation.

Ptarmigan House feels like a family, and guests are welcomed in the same way. As a local real estate broker, I recently had a listing there and found it to be a great complex, with great owners and hands-on management by Vacasa. Its ski in/ski out location right at the base is a real highlight, and restaurants and shops are easy to reach on foot. There's an outdoor hot tub, garage parking, on-site check-in, a business center, and shuttle service. The newly updated Gravity Haus is just across the street, so it's an easy walk over for happy hour or a bite.
