For an overnight work trip, this little place was a real surprise. Lindsay and Reni greeted me so warmly and were incredibly kind. They put me in a room with a spectacular view of the Yampa, which was such a treat to wake up to. The room had everything I needed, and it was clean, roomy, and super cozy. If you travel light on amenities, this is a great spot. I'd definitely come back. 10/10!

We didn't get a chance to use the hot springs across the street, but I'd check them out next time. We might stay a couple of nights then, too, since Steamboat Springs was lovely all around and our first visit there. Rabbit Ears Motel is already a new favorite after just one stay. My spouse and I drive long distances in our electric car, and sometimes need a clean, safe place to stop and charge overnight. The staff were welcoming, and the location works perfectly for our Minneapolis to Salt Lake City trips. The price is hard to beat compared with other nearby options. The rooms are updated and modern, with a nice TV and lots of channels, a comfortable bed and pillows, and a clean, updated bathroom and shower. We don't need tons of amenities for an overnight stop, and this place suits us well. We'll plan to stay here on future trips through the area.

The front desk ladies were so friendly and helpful, and there's a free bus stop just steps from the door. Restaurants are easy to walk to as well. Rooms are updated, super clean, and have plenty of hot water. Great value for the money. I'll stay here again when I'm back in Steamboat.

The free Steamboat Springs shuttle stops right outside, and the paid Hot Springs Shuttle Bus to Strawberry hot springs picks up at the motel lobby. We also left our car in the lot after checkout and took the shuttle to Steamboat ski resort, so we didn't have to move it that morning. We stayed over Martin Luther King Jr. weekend and had a great time. The office is staffed around the clock, and everyone was accommodating. I had booked a room that was too small for us by mistake, but they kindly upgraded us without charging extra. There's a microwave and mini fridge in the room, handy if you want to save on food with microwave meals. The continental breakfast is small but enough. I'd absolutely recommend the place and come back.

It's a bit of a small room, but the location and services are fantastic. Everyone was extremely friendly, and it felt well worth the price. I'll be back!
