The rooms worked perfectly for our family. We had king studio rooms on the fourth floor, close to each other, and they were spacious and cozy. The property was clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the staff made us feel welcome over New Year's. We loved having the bus stop for the slopes and downtown just outside the side door. The hot tub and heated pool were spotless and great in the winter, and it was nice to relax by the fire pit after being out. A fantastic stay from start to finish. We'd gladly return!

The room itself was lovely, but I can't give a hotel more than three stars when it uses and throws away paper plates and plastic cutlery. That shows an unacceptable lack of concern for sustainability. Charging another $7 for laundry also feels cheeky after paying $250 for the room.

It's easy to reach town or the ski resort by bus or car, and the rooms are fairly spacious with decent amenities. But breakfast was poor, the food wasn't great, and drip coffee was the only option. Disposable plates, cups, and silverware make the whole setup feel cheap, and should never be used. They charge $10 per night for parking, so covered parking would have been nice. A garage would've been even better.

The property has spacious rooms, a nice lobby and bar, a great breakfast, and a well-equipped exercise room. The outdoor pool and hot tub got plenty of use. The breakfast team were awesome both days. I tried to tell the young lady at the front desk that one of the bikes needed repair, but she didn't seem to understand. Also, the young front desk guy working during the day shouldn't be sitting there with AirPods in and constantly looking at his phone. It doesn't look good.
