We were there on the property’s fifth day, so plenty of things were still settling in. The staff went out of their way to help guests feel comfortable. There were a few minor hiccups, including lift delays and kitchen lights in my son’s room that wouldn’t turn off. The decor was beautiful, everything was spotless, and the pool looked inviting. The water facilities were good, and the king room with a pullout had a great layout. The double queen rooms were spacious too. Our main trouble was sleep: the beds, pillows, and sheets really need improvement, since that combination just didn’t work for any of us.

The hotel has just opened, and it’s stunning. There are two large hot tubs, a big pool, and a massive lounge called the Crawford that’s open daily. The decor looks amazing, the staff are welcoming and helpful with requests, and the beds are very comfortable.

The staff made the opening feel smooth, friendly, and welcoming. Zoey, Bri, Kytherine, & Jesus went above and beyond. Our room was roomy and comfortable, with thoughtful mountain-town details, and it was fun being the first people to sleep there. The new SpringHill Suites in Steamboat Springs was spotless, modern, and beautifully put together. Its location made getting around Steamboat easy. Congratulations to the team on a great opening. We’d happily come back.

We loved the West Elm furniture and décor, which gave the place a stylish, upscale feel that you don’t usually find at a SpringHill Suites. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with high-end finishes. We also liked the mountain setting, fresh amenities, and easy access to everything in Steamboat. It felt like staying at a boutique hotel for a Marriott price. This brand-new SpringHill Suites in Steamboat Springs was spotless and beautifully designed, and being among the first guests, sleeping in a room no one had used before was a fun experience. The staff were welcoming and excited to open the doors, and everything ran smoothly despite the property being new. Congratulations to the whole team. We can’t wait to return. Steamboat has a new gem.
