I own a three-bedroom, three-bath unit on the third floor of the Spa Building at St. Moritz III, and it can be rented through Mountain Resorts. The building is lovely and just steps from the ski mountain. We’ve got new staff who are doing an excellent job keeping the pool and hot tub areas very clean. Feel free to reach out with questions.

The rooms and location are good, but I wouldn’t count on using the hot tub. An owner told us it was disgusting, and when we checked it closely, that seemed right. It gets way more use than it can handle.

The spa staff were friendly, and the facilities and location were great. Each unit has a ski locker and covered parking, and the property is just off the Right of Way trail. It’s about ten minutes into town. A perfect spot for a Steamboat vacation!
