Storm Meadows Townhomes by Retreatia

The hot tub is listed as open from 10a-10p, but it was locked, covered, and closed. The staff felt robotic and cold, and were automated or off site. This place is far below my standard and much more expensive. I'm an airbnb superhost, though not in this market, so I'm not competing. The building is very dated, and the unit is fair at best. Floor tiles were broken and sharp, there was no A/C despite it being over 90°F that day, and there was only one chair on the patio or balcony. The walls have cracks, and the patio felt unsafe with a lot of movement. There were burned-out bulbs, and the mattress was concave. GO ELSEWHERE!! They may reply that they have no record of me as a guest, since this was booked as a work trip and gift from an employer.
