The place was clean and didn't feel worn out or like it was only there to make money. We rented it for a baseball tournament, and everything worked well. Parking was the main hassle: once we couldn't find a space and had to leave the car outside a regular spot. Inside, there's a great shared kitchen, living room, and hangout area, plus two bathrooms and three beds that can sleep more than two people. The price wasn't outrageous.

Being close to the ski resort was the only upside for us. In four nights, we managed to take just two showers because the unit seldom had hot water. The booking company and condo manager weren't helpful; apparently that's just how it goes with shared boilers. The mattress was uncomfortable, the bathroom bulbs were burned out, and the TV had no sound. We wouldn't recommend it or book here again.

The building is older, but the unit we rented had been nicely updated. When the fireplace and heater gave us trouble on Sunday afternoon, maintenance arrived in under ten minutes. The polite young man stayed until it was temporarily fixed, explaining that it needed a new thermostat and he'd come back the next day to finish the repair. We'd definitely stay here again.
