Trappeurs Crossing Resort by Steamboat Resorts

We’ve stayed here twice now, so the check-in setup doesn’t bother us anymore, though picking up the keys a block away was confusing the first time. The condos are lovely and spacious, with everything you might need, plus pools, hot tubs, decks, and a shuttle.

No car needed here, thanks to a great shuttle that runs to the ski area and around town. The complex is well kept, the units are very nice, and there are handy ski and boot lockers in the hallway. I’d definitely come back.

The view from our condo was nice, and the lights come on at night. Getting a shuttle is easy through the app, much like booking an Uber, and Gondola Square is an easy walk away. We were here for a long weekend and I’d stay again.

Once we got through check-in, we had a pleasant stay. The suite was well maintained and the area is pretty, but getting set up was quite an ordeal. We first had to drive to another building, find the right door and lockbox, and get fobs for the garage and suite. Then we had to return to the main office at the property for parking passes. The instructions were unclear, and pictures would have helped a lot.
