We had a great stay in townhouse number ten at Waterford, and the management team was friendly and attentive. The service was very good, too. The main problem was the front door: it was poorly finished, so cold air poured in and made it hard to keep the place comfortable. The condo rules also don't allow a grill, which was a real downside. Still, it was a very good place to stay.
