Western Lodge

The location was the highlight for us. The river walk is just across the street and a block away, and restaurants, bars, shops, and a great coffee shop are all easy to reach on foot. Strawberry Park hot springs, Fish Creek falls, and plenty of hikes are convenient too. The owner and staff were nice and helpful, and we've already planned another visit. Our room was probably the smallest, though the owner said the west wing, upper floor, and rooms #4 and #1 are much bigger. We saw #4, and it really was spacious. The inside was clean and up to date, with remodeled rooms and comfortable beds. Even on a busy street, it was quiet indoors. The outside has an old fashioned look, and the landscaping could use a refresh.

Tammy was especially helpful and kind, even with the New Year's Eve rush, and she really knew her stuff. Holly was wonderful too. Our room felt welcoming and was clean. We appreciated the hospitality at Western Lodge and would gladly stay again.

The room was clean and the water was warm. The woman at the front desk was outgoing and nice. It's toward the end of town, with Creekside cafe right next door, and the food there was delicious.

We had no complaints and would absolutely come back. The staff were super friendly, and our room had a clean, modern feel after being nicely updated. We brought our dog, and the $25 pet fee was very reasonable. Great little hotel!
