I was left scrambling when my Airbnb host canceled while I was mid flight, but the front desk found me a unit at the last minute. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout. The resort is close to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, and the unit was clean and very nice. The fireplace made evenings cozy, and I enjoyed the hot tub, activity room, and workout facility. The shuttle ran every few minutes, so getting to and from the base was easy. The drivers were fun, especially Reggae Paul, who was the best. It's a great option for skiing at Streamboat Springs. I'd recommend it and plan to stay again when I'm back in Steamboat. 👍

I've been here three times and will return. The updated rooms are very nice, and the location is great, with a convenient shuttle to mountiania. The large hot tub was nice, though I wish it were hotter. The roads were very icy, and only the walkways had been salted.

Our two-bedroom, two-bath suite had plenty of space, a balcony, and a full kitchen. The complex also has an indoor pool and sauna, a small fitness center, and two excellent hot tubs. The buildings are numbered, which made them easy to find with Uber and the shuttles. There's service to and from the Steamboat resort, and the drivers were courteous and punctual. Front desk staff were very helpful, and everyone on site was pleasant and friendly. My friend picked WorldMark Steamboat for our snowboarding trip, and I enjoyed the stay. It's conveniently located near the mountain and downtown, and I'd recommend it.

As owners, we were extremely disappointed. The place is in horrible shape: ripped carpet, stained shutters, an oven that wasn't properly attached to the wall, a dirty bathroom, outdated furniture and TVs with no streaming option, plus a dishwasher that barely worked. Staff friendliness was below what we've experienced at other properties. The timeshare sales staff were overly friendly, for obvious reasons. The location and shuttle driver were the only upsides, and it's five minutes from the slopes. We don't recommend this property.

We've spent President's Day weekend here with our family for more than 10 years, and we love it. It's convenient for both the mountain and town. Worldmark staff have also made significant improvements to efficiency and service.
