We needed a safe, warm place to spend the week in Michigan after leaving a five-star hotel that gave us nothing but problems. Somehow God brought Mark and me together. He manages super 8 and is one of the most amazing people I’ve ever met, with a heart of gold. He’s transformed the hotel into something better than a five-star place. The rooms are super clean and fresh, and the furniture, curtains, and windows were all put together with amazing taste and thought. His fashion sense and the way he arranged the rooms are out of this world. The breakfast was amazing, and so were his co-workers. The internet and cable were great too. I’m blown away by how wonderful he made the place, and there’s so much more I could say about our stay. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Mark, for taking care of us. We had an amazing experience. God bless.

I’ve been a customer for 7 years plus, and this location is the best. Every stay has been flawless, and the front desk staff have always been welcoming. My room was spotless, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. Breakfast is amazing, and I especially like the walk in glass showers and pillow top beds. Mark and Sue have done a great job maintaining Super 8. It feels like a second home, and I always recommend staying here. Be sure to sign up for Wyndams.Rewards so every dollar counts. There’s no other hotel I’d rather stay at than Super 8 / Sterling Heights. See you soon, second family.

I’ve been coming here on weekends for a few months, and the customer service is amazing. Mark is so professional and kind in the morning. When I arrive at night, Fahad is always ready to take care of me and check me in as quickly as possible. If there’s a problem, he’s fixed it within minutes of me bringing it up. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you, Fahad, for making me feel welcome when I arrive later in the day.

BED BUGS, BED BUGS The location was the only good thing. I guess Mark was nice to still offer me a suite after I found bedbugs in my room. I booked for two nights, but there were bed bugs in the room on the first night. I told the front desk and they moved me, but I couldn’t sleep, and my girlfriend and I were occupied. We had to leave the next day, and he refused to refund me, so I have to contact the Michigan department of Health. The BATH ROOM was DISGUSTING. Everything was terrible!

We stayed here in early December and got excellent service. After I got home, I realized I’d left my prescription glasses behind. I called, and the manager, Mark, found them and shipped them to me at his own expense. You can’t ask for better customer service.
