The breakfast had lots of options and was good, and the hotel sits in a quiet area near Dulles Airport. My room was clean, though the pillows were flatter than a pancake and, as you'd expect at a cheap hotel, they don't replace them. The thermostat was annoying too, since you can't leave the fan running constantly. Check-in took 20 minutes with one employee trying to handle 10 different arrivals. It's a good hotel, but I’ll probably choose Hyatt next time.

There’s no restaurant for lunch or dinner, just a little snack shop up front, but breakfast is free. For a smaller commuter hotel, the rooms are spacious and clean, and I’d recommend it. Fatmir, Austin the front desk manager, and everyone else at reception were amazing and so helpful.

I only stayed one night, so I can't say anything about room service, and I left before breakfast. Check-in was quick and friendly. The room was clean, with plenty of towels, cold A/C, and good water temperature and pressure. Pretty much what I expect from a Hampton Inn.

The lobby and breakfast were great, and the housekeeping and breakfast staff were awesome. The room, though, needs an update and a lot more cleaning. As soon as we opened the door, there was a dusty, stinky carpet smell. The bed springs weren't good either, and I had a couple of sleepless nights.

Really friendly staff, and the shuttle drivers were super friendly too. The shuttle service was excellent. Everything was clean, the rooms included, and breakfast was great. I’ll definitely stay here on my DC trip. Great job, keep it up! 👍👍
