The room was just what I expected, with beds that felt just right and soft pillows. Check-in was easy, and the front desk attendant was friendly. What really stood out was how attentive the staff were: after we got back from dinner, someone noticed, or another guest reported, that we'd left a light on in our car and called our room. I hadn't provided my license plate, so I was surprised she knew it was ours. Good looking out. I’d stay again if I’m back in Steubenville.

I’ve stayed here twice for work, and the staff have been welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. The woman who helped me last time got me checked in quickly and went over the arrival essentials. The rest of the facilities were clean and tidy, but the stairs really needed vacuuming. I often take hotel stairs instead of elevators, and these were carpeted nicely, just very dirty.

Charley at the front desk was attentive and friendly, and made us feel welcome. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and soft pillows. The location worked well for us, across the river with easy access to 22 and Rt. 2, and only 25 minutes from Pittsburgh International Airport. We had a great stay and would come back.

The patio was a highlight, with good county music, BBQ, and a fire pit. The lobby was great and had a good breakfast, and the staff were fantastic and accommodating. Our tastefully decorated rooms were clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t miss having a pool, and we’ll stay again.

The employees were kind, and the room looked nice when I first arrived. Looking more closely, I found holes in one side of a bedskirt and the bed was made sloppily. There was hair in both the sink and tub, which left me wondering whether the bathroom had been cleaned thoroughly. The breakfast in a bag was good. I was there for just one night.
