Breakfast and the rooms were great, and the TV was huge. This was one of the cleanest Home 2 Suites I've stayed in. I use a digital key and usually don't speak to anyone, so I was surprised when a staff member greeted me warmly as soon as I walked in. I'd stayed at the Green Bay location for business and should've stayed here for all three nights. I'll be back.

The staff were incredibly nice, and there were lots of outlets and storage. The hotel is handy to the highway, restaurants, and stores. The parking lot was plowed regularly, though the walkways got icy at times. Around Point, there aren't many good hotel choices. If you aren't splurging on SentryWorld, this is probably the next nicest. But the thin walls made it hard to sleep: I could hear hallway noise and conversations in nearby rooms at normal volume. Traveling sports teams and their drunk parents kept me awake despite a white noise machine and sleeping pills. Tap water tasted gross, there was no filtered water, and ice machine water tasted just like the tap and wasn't cold. The kitchen was convenient, but without pots and pans for the induction range, real cooking was a challenge. The fridge wasn't full size and couldn't fit a 1.5 L water bottle upright. The bathroom layout could be a barrier for someone with mobility issues: you can't get in or out of the shower with the door open, and you can't open or close the door while sitting on the toilet. The bedding felt synthetic, the pillows lacked support, and there were only three pillows for a king bed.

We stayed one night while dropping off our college kid. The hotel is very new, having opened at the beginning of the year, and everything was clean and well kept. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the new beds were comfortable. Front desk staff, including Gretchen, were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is free, and the rooms have a full-size refrigerator, sink, and dishwasher. You can also borrow a hot plate or griddle from the front desk if you want to cook. The only concern was that the thermostat wouldn't go below 68 degrees, so the room got very warm overnight. Still, that won't stop us from staying again when we visit our college kid.

Gage made us feel like valued guests throughout our visit. They greeted us with a genuine smile and a warm welcome, then remembered what we needed and offered thoughtful suggestions that improved our time both at the hotel and around town. They checked that the room was ready each day, asked if we needed anything, and even handled last-minute dinner reservations. No request felt too small or too big. Their professionalism and sincere kindness made the whole visit memorable.
