The breakfast was really good, and the woman serving it was kind and helpful. The room was cozy and perfectly adequate. But when I asked the front desk for help booking your Fayettevilleville AK hotel, the person there answered with a smirk and a condescending tone, saying he'd never been to Fayetteville and telling me to search online. He didn't try to help at all. That attitude annoyed me enough that you've lost a customer. Please hire front desk staff who are willing to assist people.

The electronic keys were unreliable, and when I mentioned it at the desk, the staff didn't seem to care. They just said the doors were finicky and that's how it is. The room had a strange smell, and you can't use YouTube or any streaming service on the TV, which was frustrating. Terrible place to stay.

My room's AC rattled all night, and I couldn't find a water fountain. They sell bottled water for $2 instead. The decor was nice, but the amenities were sparse and breakfast was pretty minimal, not what I'd expect from a Hampton.

Breakfast was much better than I'm used to at hotels, and it made me feel at home. The staff were nice throughout, the entry looked classy, and the room was decent.

I could hear loud music through the walls at night, and during my five-night stay housekeeping came only once. The room was dark despite having several lamps, since none gave enough light and it was all yellow. The layout felt poor and dated. Service itself was fine.
