Springhill Suites Stillwater

Shiva at the front desk was so helpful and patient with all our questions. The room was amazing, breakfast was really good, and the pool was a decent size. Such a nice experience!

We stayed three nights in room 209. The staff were friendly and helpful, and when there was a tornado warning, they did a very good job of keeping us informed. The rooms need a proper deep clean, especially the walls. There were stains on the wallpaper above the beds and in the bathroom around the toilet and trashcan. The A/C was so noisy it kept us up at night, and there was mold where the air blows out. See the attached pictures.

I'm waiting to see how they'll make this right. We booked in early August 2025, but when we arrived the night of the reservation, it had been cancelled without our doing it and without any email notice. The front desk said there was no way to tell who cancelled it and said it was cancelled on 9.15. A manager wasn't on site. I called the 800 number, opened a case, and was told someone would contact us the next week. When I woke up, I found the reservation had been made again on site and we'd been charged for the room. I called the 800 number again, but they had no record of my case. I eventually reached a supervisor and learned the cancellation had been made on site.

The staff were very friendly, the place was clean, and getting in and out was easy. Breakfast had lots of options and the coffee was good. My one gripe is the doors: whenever someone goes in or out, they slam shut.
