The indoor pool was warm and pleasant, and stayed open until 10 PM. Parking was ample and free. The lobby staff were attentive and nice, while breakfast was ordinary continental fare with little flavor or choice, though the coffee was okay. The rooms are spacious, and the beds comfortable. The curtains and walls could use updating, at least in our room. The shower pressure was so low it was hard to wash off.

After a long day traveling, I arrived to find my room, reserved weeks earlier, still wasn't ready. They tell you to call if arriving at night, but when I did, they said to call back because they were busy. It took another hour before the room was ready. Tina at the desk was rude and blunt, and no one apologized for any of the hassle. I also had to run to Chase for the ridiculous $100 cash deposit. The room was average at best: the bed was uncomfortable, the floor looked old and brown, possibly rust rather than mildew, and water got onto the bathroom floor because the shower curtain was too short. The TV remote only worked through the number buttons, not the channel arrows. My room keys didn't work at first, so I had to return to the desk for them to reactivate them. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else. Customer service goes to die here. If you do stay, you know what to expect.

The breakfast was delicious, with waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, and more. A shoutout to the African American gentleman working the breakfast bar on Sunday, February 15, 2026. He kindly gave me a box so I could bring food back for my family and me. The hotel was very clean, the service was excellent, and everything seemed up to date. Stores and restaurants were close by. One note: the queen beds felt more like full-size beds. Check out Kamados restaurant!

We didn't stay in the room at all, but still weren't allowed a refund, even though Expedia showed “pay at property.” The hotel had already charged us ahead of time, and neither the receipt, the special instructions, nor anything I received after paying mentioned a $100 cash deposit. I called before arriving, too. We travel for sports as a family and book hotels often, and we've never encountered a cash deposit like this after paying in full. After we explained our situation at about 9 PM, the front desk agent Tina walked away while we were still asking questions. She had shown us a ragged piece of paper that she said was posted on Expedia, but wouldn't show us where online or on a computer. We weren't from Atlanta and had two kids with us, one asleep, so we didn't feel comfortable going to a random ATM for the cash. There was no suggestion of where to get it or any alternative. Tina never came back. We were coming from a full day of sports and had called ahead, yet the manager later said the front desk staff had been professional. If that's their idea of professionalism, think twice about staying. We were left without a room, with a sleeping baby while it was raining, unless we produced $100 cash. It feels like an easy way for the hotel to hold people's money. We paid but didn't stay and got no refund. I still can't find the policy on any of my documents. Be careful with this place. Its service doesn't meet the standard I expect from a hotel associated with Marriott or Wyndham. Terrible service.
