We stopped here both on the way to and back from our Christmas road trip, and had a great stay each time. Traveling with our baby and dog, we appreciated having a kitchen and couch in the room, and the pack and play was already set up. There were plenty of places to take the dog out, with doggy bags available, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We'll visit again.

The property is very well maintained, and having two dog areas is a nice feature. On checkout morning, our key wouldn't open the room, though we could still get into the building. After several trips to the front desk, staff worked out that the lock battery was dying. Everyone responded to the problem, and we eventually checked out, but they couldn't fix it at the time.

The rooms were clean, roomy, and efficient, and the staff across maintenance, housekeeping, and the front desk were friendly. Ms. Kim stood out most. She greeted us with a smile, made sure we were all set when we needed something, and handled the one small issue we mentioned, though it was really just an observation, not a complaint. One thing to watch: the doors don't close tightly on their own, so check that yours is shut and locked when you leave. We still felt safe, since a room key is needed to enter and exit the hotel. Our rooms also weren't adjoining. This is definitely a hotel I'll keep in mind for another visit to the city.

The kids loved having breakfast each morning, and the staff were so friendly. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and nice workout room. The rooms were clean, and the suites and kitchenette worked especially well for a family. We had a great stay!
