Holiday Inn Express Atlanta - Stone Mountain

Jenae and Debbie helped turn a rough night into a happy morning for us. My granddaughter had a bad tummy ache, and Jenae helped me find Sprite and other things to settle her stomach. She was feeling much better by morning. Debbie heard Aliyah had a tough night and let her take a hot cocoa for later. Their kindness and thoughtfulness meant a lot. We’re looking forward to coming back, and Holiday Inn is lucky to have such sweet people representing it.

Debbie at the front desk made us feel right at home. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the food was great. We’ll definitely be back.

There was so much going on that I forgot to mention the bathroom sink. Whenever I turned on the water, it splashed all over my feet because the pipe wasn’t connected. I also had trouble resting in the evenings and at night, with two families in adjoining rooms screaming and hollering up and down the hallway and playing very loud music.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the concierge staff were very friendly. We’re used to having our own space in our camper, especially with three kids, but this was a wonderful experience. Miss Debbie was at the front desk each morning as we left, and she always took time to talk with our daughter, who makes a point of greeting the staff whenever we pass through. Seeing Miss Debbie mentioned so often in reviews, along with the other positive comments, is why we chose this place instead of trying to stay up in the city. Thank you!
