This is a bad choice if you need a quiet night. The hotel sits beside a busy highway, and the walls seem paper thin. I could hear even sneezing. The lights in my room flickered, I was left with half a roll of toilet paper and four tissues for four days, and there was food in the garbage disposal. Wi-Fi didn’t connect automatically, and there were no instructions. I complained to Joe twice about the noise because I was traveling for work and wanted a quiet, safe room. Even though the hotel wasn’t full, families with kids and other guests were put above and beside me. Staff should pay attention to where they place people. One lady did help me once.

The breakfast had a few more choices than the usual hotel spread, which was nice. Staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean and practical, with enough washcloths and storage space under the counter. This is one of the best places we’ve stayed recently, and I’d recommend it.

Mark was a real asset during a busy stay. He was knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and gave us the information we needed ahead of time. We were in town for a concert at Blossom Music Center, and he kept things moving at the front desk while looking after everyone. Our room had a full kitchen area, a spacious shower with strong water pressure, and a comfortable bed with soft sheets and fluffy blankets. The room was clean and roomy. The workout facility was very nice, the pool was clean, and breakfast was included with lots of choices, fresh fruit, and coffee. There’s also an outdoor patio with seating. Staff were very friendly.

ACE at the front desk was great. He was ready to do what he could to make sure guests were comfortable, and knew the area well enough to recommend good places to shop and eat. The hotel was clean, rooms had plenty of space, and breakfast was good. Thanks, ACE, for looking after my family during our stay.
