The restaurant food and staff were excellent, and the facility was clean overall, though dated and in need of an upgrade. I visited as a day guest, and the hot tub in the ladies area was broken. If I'd been told when I booked, I would have picked another day. The pool was full of kids jumping and yelling, so it wasn't relaxing at all. The temperature was quite cool, definitely not 82* as they had advised. The ladies area lounges were worn and grubby, so I sat on a towel for sanitary reasons. Massage was 2/5, and I don't think I'll be back any time soon.

My fiancé and I had a couples massage this past weekend and left feeling completely relaxed. The room was lovely, and they made sure we were comfortable the whole time. We were really happy with the experience. Thank you!

The facial with Rita was such a bright part of my visit. She kept me laughing while making sure I understood what skincare was safe during pregnancy and what to avoid. I came away with useful knowledge for looking after my skin, and her warmth made it feel personal. Earlier, Heather gave me a prenatal massage. She was calming from the start, explained how pregnancy was affecting my muscles and ways to support my body, and made me feel cared for throughout. The massage was restorative, and I left feeling lighter and more connected to myself. Everyone at Top Notch Resort & Spa made me feel supported and celebrated. I felt at ease knowing I was in good hands, and the whole visit was deeply relaxing. I can’t wait to return.

The massage barely had any pressure, and it was the worst one I’ve had. I booked 26 minutes while bringing my daughter for her 20th birthday. At the desk, I chose lavender when asked about massage oils, and it was entered into the computer, but my therapist never used it. Given the price, I don’t think it was worth it, and I wasn’t even offered a discount for not getting what I’d asked for. There were cooked washcloths near the hot tub in the ladies’ changing room. I used two on my face, and now I’ve broken out in a rash. Sadly, I can’t recommend this place.

I used a gift card for the spa and its facilities. Everything was neat and clean, with several amenities available. I’ve visited quite a few spas, and this is one of my favorites.
