Hampton Inn & Suites Stuart-North

The front desk staff were very nice, and I slept well. In a pinch, it's an okay place for a night, but I couldn't shower because the water backed up to my ankles in a dirty tub. The rusty toilet paper holder would be easy to replace. The room stayed humid even though we kept it cold. Breakfast was awful: the oranges had spots like they were going bad, and the muffin was stale. Please offer fresh fruit and better quality for people stopping in for a peaceful night's rest.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location is handy, near plenty of restaurants and the Treasure Coast Mall. The property is a little dated, but both the grounds and rooms were very clean. Having a fridge and microwave in the room was useful.

I stayed here over Labor Day with my dog, and I'd happily come back next time I'm down. The staff were so nice, the place was clean and had no bad smell, and breakfast was good and served until 10. The pool was clean too, and there are laundry facilities. There was plenty of outdoor lighting, so I felt safe taking my dog out after dark. Nobody handed me a paper addressed to my dog listing everything he couldn't do. I loved the walk-in shower, and he did too. I could barely keep him out of it.

I was nervous about keeping my reservation while visiting my mom because of the reviews. I've been a Hilton member for years and haven't had to pay for early check-in elsewhere when a room was ready, usually around 1 to 3 pm. This Hampton charges $50, which is insane. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude, and her name started with N. When I came back to check in, Julia was super nice, and my room was clean and comfortable. In the end, it was a comfortable stay.
