Quality Inn & Suites Stuttgart North

The breakfast was terrible, with runny eggs, and half the bedside lights didn't work. The room was dirty: there was still a bottle beside the bed, and the bathroom floor was grimy. It had lots of flies and smelled of cigarette smoke. The toilet was so low it looked made for a kid, and I had trouble sitting down on it. This was a big change from our last stay two years ago. We won't be back.

The man at the front counter was helpful, and the pool looked clean. The breakfast was bare minimum, just toast, waffles, and cereal. I didn't see bed bugs, so that was a plus, but for $100 a night it wasn't worth it. The building needs a serious facelift, and the parking lot needs weeding and upkeep. The stairs and cement need a power wash because everywhere smells like cat pee. Inside, the room smelled like cigarettes. The sheets, carpet, towels, and pillows were stained, and the pillows smelled too. Hopefully they'll start taking care of the place and taking pride in the company so they can get more business.

Trash was all over the parking lot, and there was hair all over the bathroom. The room smelled like urine, and I don't think the jacuzzi tub jets had ever been cleaned. The place advertised a jacuzzi tub in the room, so don't waste your time. They complained about my dogs even though I'd told them by phone I had two, and kept saying my dogs were in the car. I won't be back. I'd rather camp.

The room looked nice from the outside, but inside it was terrible and disgusting. The sheets, including the ones underneath, had brown and wet-looking stains. Towels had yellow and brown spots, pillows had hair, and there were flies in the room before we arrived. The air conditioner was dusty and smelled unpleasant when switched on. The microwave wouldn't turn off unless you unplugged it, and the TV hadn't even been plugged in. The lampshades, shower curtain, and walls were stained, there was barely any tissue, and there was black mold around the soap holder in the shower. The sink faucet leaked from a different angle, the shower head was dirty, and the bathtub plug was old. There were only two small trash cans, the ironing board cover was ripped, and the curtains wouldn't close. This place was falsely advertised. They don't give refunds, and when we pointed out the dirt, they were really rude. The guy raised his voice at us and even asked my child to help him with the bedsheets.
