The Pinner House

I grew up knowing this house and family, so it was lovely to see what the property has become. My husband and I spent two wonderful nights there, and it's a real gem in Suffolk. The accommodations were stellar, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. Don't miss breakfast from the Cafe beneath the magnolia trees out front, it felt special.

My husband and I stayed in the cottage, which was modern, updated, and clean inside, even though the outside looked like a Lord of the Rings home in a cute way. The owner was very nice and clearly cares for the beautiful property. I loved the lit-up tree in front of the house at night, it made the area feel romantic. The place is charming and cozy, like stepping back in time. It's a lovely spot for couples, though you'll need to go to nearby areas for dinner and other activities.

I come here for brunch. The food is excellent, and the coffees and teas are great too. It's a wonderful atmosphere, whether you're on your own or meeting a small group. A cozy place for breakfast or brunch.

We found Cafe Devina by chance on Instagram months ago, and it led to a special overnight for our first anniversary. Our host greeted us as we drove in and was so welcoming. Cottage 1, the one at the back, was cozy and thoughtfully equipped. The bedding was plush, perfect for cuddling up in bed to watch movies after dinner. The courtyard was lovely, with a fire pit behind it. The grounds were unexpectedly impressive, especially the magnolia tree hideaway. We stood underneath it, looking around in awe at how beautifully it was put together. Breakfast the next morning was delicious before we headed home. This magical little B&B in downtown Suffolk gave us lovely photos and special memories. Thanks for the hospitality, we hope to return!
